Description: Folding is joining by forming in such a manner that sheets with prepared edges, are laid or inserted in each other, the edges then being bent over to deliver a form locking joint. Folding fundamentally consists of three bending operations: edge forming (90° bending), prefolding (to 135°) and fold closing (180° finish fold). This interactive animation schematically shows all these folding process steps.
